Help with equipment and home adaptation costs

The Chronicle Sunshine Fund Gives specialist and adapted equipment to children aged 0 to 19 living with disabilities, additional needs, chronic and terminal illness.
Disabled facilities grant This grant can help with making changes to your home. This can help with getting around the house and using the different rooms. 
Independence at home grant  This is for people who have a long-term illness or a disability. It helps towards the cost of specialist equipment or home adaptations.
