Come along and get moving in a fun supportive environment. Enjoy this inclusive seated dance class for all abilities. Everyone is welcome including those with multiple sclerosis. These sessions are led and taught by Hildy Harland every Monday at 12:30.   They take place in the Tesco Community Room at Tesco Extra in Kingston Park. The djembe, a wooden hand drum, is one of West Africa’s best known instruments. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have tried some djembe drumming workshops in school, our djembe drumming group will develop valuable musicianship through listening, learning and playing together as part of a group.
