Seated Dance Class

Come along and get moving in a fun supportive environment.  Everyone is welcome including those with multiple sclerosis. These sessions are led and taught by Hildy Harland every Monday at 12:30.   They take place in the Tesco Community Room at Tesco Extra in Kingston Park.
