Useful SEND Contacts at Newcastle City Council

We have many services and teams at Newcastle City Council. They help plan and deliver support for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This is done with the help of parents, carers, schools and professionals.

You can find a list of services and their contact details below. Please read the information carefully to find the right service to contact. They could help by:

  • giving information and advice
  • confirming details about a child or young person
  • updating information they might have
  • helping resolve problems or issues
  • completing actions using the information you provide
Phone

We also have services that visit schools and work closely with children and young people. Schools can request support for a student. You can find more information and contact details on their pages by clicking the link below.
