Some children and young people will need more support than others. This is why we have 4 types of SEN support.

How SEN support is decided

It is important that SEN support matches the needs of a child. Our guides called Descriptors of Need help us do this.

Reviewing SEN support

SEN support should be regularly checked. This allows us to make sure it is helping. It also lets us make changes when needed.
