Our aim is to make sure that every child does the best they possibly can. To achieve this, we work in partnership with all of our families and schools in the local community. We have the highest expectations of behaviour and work really hard to ensure our school is a safe, happy environment.
Walkergate Community Primary is lucky enough to have generations of families coming through which helps to create the real sense of community we have. Our school is the heart of community; to achieve this we work closely with our neighbours. We offer individual support to our families and will always go the extra mile.
We have a set of core VALUES which we promote and celebrate. They are: Responsibility, Respect and Resilience. We believe that these values are what we all need to live by to be responsible citizens.
