With 1 in 4 new mams experiencing mental health challenges, our workshop covers the range of emotions, challenges and ways of coping throughout pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. We aim to help normalise mixed feelings and allow you to feel as prepared as possible for what is to come. We also cover how to know when you might need more help and where to seek it if you do.
