Little Bears Day Nursery is a family orientated independent Nursery dedicated in providing individual care and education for children.
We have a fully equipped wet room. Children can attend for 11 hours per week all year around for the FEYE only as well as children who meet the criteria for the 2 year offer (again offered over 11 hours each week).
At Newburn Riverside we have an overriding commitment in meeting all children's needs and interests. Staff act as positive role models for the children, fostering a positive attitude to diversity, with the children’s needs being at the heart of everything we provide. Lucinda’s Childcare provides a warm, welcoming, and nurturing home-from-home environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. I offer a wide range of age-appropriate activities that support children’s development through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including outdoor play, creative activities, messy play, baking, local outings, and educational experiences. I work closely with families to ensure every child feels safe, valued, and supported to reach their full potential.
I have been childminding for 16 years and work from home, we attend toddler groups, soft play sessions, education visits to museums and parks. I have a wide range of toys and games in the home.

We are a Not-for-profit group keeping our fees low. We offer funded places. 15 hours and 30 hours available.
